Netflix Family Time!

I'm very pleased with myself. Quite pleased with myself in fact.

I just got my two Netflix movies today, and they are Season One of The Tudors & Elizabeth: The Golden Age. Ahh, it's like some kind of luxury to watch two DVDs like this back to back. Y'know; it's comparative to eating chocolate mouse ice cream while you're eviscerating bubble wrap. Sliding down a satin slide wearing dark purple velvet.

Or am I the only one here that daydreams about such things?

Well, fine. Suite yourself... In velvet and then go find a satin slide and try to tell me you didn't have just the tiniest of mental orgasms.

Rube Goldberg Honda Commercial

I think I had watched this 20 to 30 times back at KEG when it first came out.



Back in 1995 my brother got a new PC and it came with a trial edition of The Impossible Machine, a 2D Rube Goldberg game. I went over to his place and would spend hours playing that until Jason needed to go to bed and would kick me out. Sometimes I'd just go over when he wasn't there to "fix his computer" as I told his roommate and play the game until he subsequently kicked me out upon his arrival home. I had a PowerMac 7200 back then and they didn't make The Impossible Machine for Macs back then.

I'd love to get my hands on a 3D RG game if there's any out there. It would make for a nice physics teaching aid.

Well, for a while I've had a tune embedded in my mySpace profile so it played non-stop. That's right:

Well, anyhoo... I had made this song one night in Garageband in something like thirty minutes or so when I couldn't sleep. I had in my mySpace profile, yet when I did an edit a few weeks later, mySpace broke the function to add music without a flash player of some sort. So I gave up on it. Since I can post music here, I'm adding it for your listening enjoyment.

It's best with headphones or two big speakers at far sides of your listening space; as I've played with the stereo output while making this.
